'ɔnθenumDie ONCE wurde 1938 gegründet. Ihr Hauptziel ist die Integration vor allem Blinder, aber auch aller anderen Körperbehinderten in die Gesellschaft. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, hat die Organisation verschiedene Einrichtungen für die Ausbildung von Behinderten geschaffen.
